Welcome to PhotoPod (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration

• To use PhotoPod, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. User Content

• You retain ownership of the photos, captions, and content you submit.
• By submitting content, you grant PhotoPod a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your content within the app for the purpose of providing our services.
• You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.

3. Conduct Rules

• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the PhotoPod app or other users’ accounts.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Engage respectfully with other users — harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the PhotoPod app, branding, and code are owned by PhotoPod.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of PhotoPod’s intellectual property without permission.

5. Termination

• PhotoPod may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to your account and content may be revoked.

6. Limitation of Liability

PhotoPod is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including lost content or data, and we disclaim liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services for analytics, hosting, or email. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the data they handle.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PhotoPod after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the U.S.
